It is our office policy to make LASIK Laser Vision Correction an option that can fit into your budget. Our comprehensive fee will be dependent upon your individual insurance in conjunction with any employer benefits which apply. You should contact us directly and we will be glad to determine the exact comprehensive fee for your particular needs and insurance coverage. Your comprehensive fee will include:
Your initial evaluation which will include:
- A personal assessment of your motivation and expectations for Laser Vision Correction.
- Viewing video education materials to learn about treatment options available at koch eye laser vision centers.
- A review of your health, eye and vision correction history.
- Discussion of your treatment options.
- Discussion of fees and payment options.
Your comprehensive examination and evaluation including:
- A measurement of your visual acuity with and without your current method of vision correction.
- A digital mapping of the shape of your cornea.
- Measurement of your prescription (refraction).
- Microscopic evaluation of the health and integrity of the front of your eye, the cornea.
- Assessment of the health of the retina and optic nerve.
- Consultation and discussion about your treatment options.
Your Treatment
ALL follow-up visits for 12 months
ALL enhancements - for 12 months, should they be necessary

Many employers offer Flex Plans-Flexible Spending Accounts or FSA's. These plans allow you to have money taken out of your paycheck over time to pay for LASIK. Even if we are not a direct provider on your plan, if you have coverage, we will make every attempt to honor your benefit allowance when you come to Koch Eye Laser Vision Centers.
